Breakfast: 7 grain cereal with unsweetened almond milk and fresh berries. Bagel with raw almond butter.
Lunch: Tilapia with Dill and arugula salad with peppers and mushrooms and balsamic dressing
Snack: organic baby carrots with spicy lentil hummus
Dinner: Veggie Omelette and 3 slices of turkey breast
Side Effects: head ache two nights in a row. I’m pretty sure it’s from lack of sugar!!!
time to DETOX - Mon. Oct. 20 - Day ONE
Went for a big grocery shop for detox friendly food. Yes it is about time I do one. I have done this one before for 2-3 weeks…I was successful with this detox last time and lost some lbs and felt great. I am going to aim for same time frame 3 weeks and if I can motivate myself I would love to do it for a full 30 days.
